Bianca and Sabrina welcome you to the restored colonial house like a member of the family. Chef-Owner Bianca Demasi and daughter - Manager Sabrina Rullo were both born and raised in the Southern Region of Reggio Calabria bringing with them the southern Italian flair to the town of Ridgefield. Together they equal a recipe for success. Owner Bianca is busy in the kitchen creating her signature homemade pastas and other regional Italian cuisine while Sabrina puts together a wine list that is sure to impress, while also managing the front of the house and the bar.

They update their menu with each season to provide you with the freshest ingredients. SAGI is a family affair. The name SAGI (sah-gee) is a combination of Sabrina and Gigi, Bianca’s daughter and Son. The restaurant seats 60 with eighteen seats at the bar. A private upstairs dining area and outdoor patio (seasonal) add to the warm ambiance of this family owned and run restaurant.

Previous owners of Nico’s in Danbury, which continues to be a hit and led to higher ambitions such as opening SAGI. “We run our restaurant differently than most” Bianca says, “it’s a business but it’s a family too and we are willing to be flexible.
